All, avoid…Don’t walk, RUN from this company.
They draw you in with a new (2022) Cascadia and then all you do is sit. The loads are horrible. They don’t pay for anything. You hear constantly…”oh we are about to start our busy time.” And nothing. Even the dispatchers are saying….um there is no business. So don’t know why you were told that. The whole interview process should be another red flag, it lasts all of 45 seconds.

It should be a red flag that you can only see their Facebook page if you are approved. They hire at least 7 new drivers a week as no one will stay. Just last Monday they lost 5 drivers in a day. It’s not worth the hassle.

you end up getting a run from say Ohio to Seattle and they tell you, you have 7 days to drop. They don’t allow early drops. So you end up sitting for 5 days in a truck stop and you don’t get paid for that time.

I would go out for a three week stretch and I was lucky if I was running a week of that. The rest of the time I was sitting. You go for service, no pay, bad weather, no pay. You only get paid at stops after the first two hours have elapsed.

IF you do go there and realize that it’s not worth it. When you quit document EVERYTHING! They will charge you (CSA score marks) with leaving the truck somewhere it’s not supposed to be, stuff left in trailer. I documented everything. I have video and pictures of the truck, trailer inside and out. And when I left I took a picture and video of the truck and trailer in their yard for proof in case they come at me. And I have a lawyer on standby. CYA (Cover Your ##*)

I don't run very good these days, but I will walk at a fast pace, should I ever cross paths with anyone from there.

45 second interview? That's basically one question. What was so appealing about this company? There are prospective drivers who need to know

TB John and Lonesome Thank this.
