    I drove over a year for JCT and was given the boot for taking home time for Thanksgiving while my truck was broken down in Amarillo, Texas. They told me they would send my stuff to me when the truck I was buying got fixed and was back at the yard. Dec 18 they get the truck back and tell me it was broken into down at the kw dealership and I would need to pay to have my stuff shipped back home to. When I started I was on a sap program that I completed Oct 25 of 22 and they never even reported any of it to fmcsa so now it still shows I have never completed follow ups and no one wants to hire me over it. It's funny I get the boot right before the other company takes over who doesn't allow anyone with a violation in clearing house.

    “Christner Trucking was facing a class-action lawsuit
    John Christner Trucking was facing a driver misclassification lawsuit that was granted class action status in Feburary 2020.

    More than 3,000 truck drivers were involved. Federal judges approved separate class certifications for divers in Oklahoma and California.

    The lawsuit was filed in 2017. It alleges Christner Trucking misclassified leasing drivers as independent contractors rather than employees, thus violating a variety of state and federal labor laws. The lawsuit also claimed that it wasn’t uncommon for drivers to receive negative paychecks.

    There were 19 causes of action listed by Land Line Media in 2018.”
