I've applied to many jobs but it's all the same. "I need 6 months of clean driving experience" or "can't hire you due to recent termination". I even tried western express and got declined. I looked for some gigs on Craigslist but I don't have enough experience for the jobs ive been seeing...

Reason for my termination was that I had 3 non major accidents in 4 months. The final accident was because I was looking for an empty and another schneider driver told me to grab his. He parks, unhooks, and as we're passing each other, he says "just back right in, she's good". So I did and ended up high hooking and doing a little damage to the batwing. I can't claim unemployment because I "violated company policy" and I can't get a single approval From any company ive applied for. I am new and I have 4 months otr experience. I'm pretty sure I wont be able to find a job at all.. Is there any way for me to find a job or am I completely out of chance? I reside in houston, tx.

He meant it’s good to go… don’t you look in your mirror and think… man this trailer is getting to close to my cab…?

Yes, I do. Just the one time my mind wasn't all there. Plus I always get out and check the height myself. But I didn't do it this time.

Slow down, take your time, a few minutes extra will save you a lot of headaches in the future…

I know. It was a really bad day and I wasn't all the way there. I paid the price for it. But it's a mistake that could literally never happen again. I just hope God can bless me with an opportunity.

Seems the other driver set you up for the high-hook. That's why he told you to just back right in.

Western Express declined you, so that's a major problem.

Try some other 2nd chance companies. Submit the apps from each website before any phone calls.
Phone calls won't work in your situation.

This one doesn't have a website, so you'll have to call.

I can't get this website to open today, but check it for a driving job when the website will open.
