None as far as I know. They don’t even require that endorsement.

They’re currently switching over to Samsara for the ELD from Omnitracks

.54 — with .3 bonus every quarter for safety and mileage production.
They trucks are governed at 68 and you get 30 min every 12 hours for the smart pass option that bumps it up to 70. To be honest I seldom even use it. Even at 68 and the way they plan loads I have not had a week under 3k miles.

They run duals and NEVER run any recap tires. Even on the trailers. All tires are virgin.
they ALWAYS pre plan you and their dispatch is by region. You’re not assigned a dispatcher. You do have to have I believe 18months to 2 yrs experienced to be accepted by them I believe.

they give you a load and leave you alone. I NEVRR hear from them until I get a preplan or empty out. There also isn’t any nonsense fleet messages that are sent out every day either. Hope this intel helps.

If it’s junk than why are their DOT numbers so good? It’s well maintained and for the most part no older than 3 years. Compare that to the “blue side” outfit down the street that can’t even fix an anvil without screwing it up. Since I signed onto holland they’ve pretty much delivered on every they said they would do. They’re not perfect but pretty close.

There’s a bunch of companies that advertise a much higher per mile rate but they probably won’t have the miles.
