Please protect your license and dont be dumb at home.

This previous week I took my just completed harley out on a forest road t try her out. You quessed it 125 in a 55 luckily the cop was cool got the lecture and a ticket for 15 over purely because no other cars secluded location and because I didnt run.

My license is now probay screwed I know of zero companies that will hire with fresh speeding ticket. I go to court with lawyer in january for it.

If its not dismissed not only is.my cdl ruined im out a job as well as my wife because ahe left her job to join me on the road.

KEEP YOUR HEAD ON TIGHT DRIVER EVEN WHILE AT HOME
    Let me be a example

Not gonna beat-up on you as you are doing that to yourself. But , have you talked to a lawyer , if not find one , a really good one no matter the cost. It will save you no telling how much over a career of driving. If it does work out in your favor....and I hope it does , take your own advice......Good luck!

Go to court and ask the judge to put you on probation. After your probation period, it'll be off your record.

I get a speeding ticket every 18 months. I haven't paid any of them.

    It's called a plea bargain ;)

All they want is your money, they don't want your job. It will be reduced or tossed, they honestly don't care, they just want your money.

You was riding 125 mph in a 55 mph zone?I didn't think bikes went that fast. Are you crazy or just stupid?I'm saying that with respect by the way. What you have now is a reckless charge.Theres a difference between a fresh speeding ticket and reckless..The mega carriers won't touch you till that ticket is 3 yrs old or longer. But the smaller ones will but you'll have to wait a couple yrs.Considering how much over you was riding, you may have a tough time finding a lawyer to get this reduced..

Follow the advice of the previous posters. Get a lawyer ASAP and don't go the cheap route. I personally know a guy with a CDL who got a DUI in his personal car and beat it with a good lawyer. Cost him about $15000. While I don't necessarily agree that he should have got off (long story not gonna tell it here), it's just an example of what a good lawyer can do.

Yeah, don't know about FL. but 15 over in NV. is considered reckless driving, Always fight a ticket innocent or guilty, Try and get it down to a parking ticket or maybe 5 over
