Pros
Company paid health insurance, paid holidays whether you work or not. Flexible schedule, time off is never an issue.
Cons
No CPM raise in 5 years

Huge variance in driver satisfaction based on terminal. 90% of their drivers have been there longer than 5 years but yet they are always hiring. You can run where you want and stay out a few days or a few weeks. Lots of old beat up trailers but they will pass a DOT inspection. You really need to track your extra pay with pen and paper and reconcile with your pay statement as they constantly miss things. You’ll get your money next week as long as you tell them. You get a normal pay breakdown on the payroll provider app but get a separate pay settlement sheet at your terminal with load and accessory pay info. That’s a huge complaint that I’ve heard for years from drivers, why can’t all pay info be accessed online in one place, I agree ridiculous. They’ve done away with the quarterly bonus and instead insult you with a jacket or a stupid company mug filled with candy. Haven’t given a CPM raise in 5 years. Safety department is fair and company will always back you if you follow their simple rules and company policies. This is a driver perspective obviously, on the management level, I’m not sure. I can count on one hand all of the less than stellar non drivers I’ve encountered at Andrews. I’ve seen them get rid of some really solid individuals in non driver roles around the company for reasons unknown. The few drivers I’ve seen terminated haven’t been let go for anything minor.
