New driver here for USX. I've noticed what appears to be a speaker and/or listening device mounted near the passenger door up by the dash. Anybody know for sure what this is?
As long as it's the NSA and not USX, I'm fine with it. Not doing anything the NSA would care about. LOL!
What kind of truck are you driving? Perhaps it's just a factory speaker. If the company wanted to spy on you, they would have a camera installed in your truck, not just a mic.
If you have the meritor wabco OnGuard collision ovoidance system it's most likely the little small speaker that alerts when you are following too close.
Remember, if its true your not paranoid. They are watching you sleep, and listening too. Snoring drivers provide important information, sounds alot like the President saying now he thinks hes Robin Hood stealing from the rich to become richer....
