I'm gonna have to disagree about the belts. My original belt lasted 2.5 years and 6800 hours. Maybe I was lucky? Dunno

I replaced my original at abt 2400 hours, warranty covered it though.

For those of you poor souls that have Comfort Pro APU. Check your exhaust pipe and make sure that it is turned facing the ground. WB has been turning the exhaust almost 90 towards the driver side causing that hot air to hit the air lines running along the frame and bursting.
Friend has 17 with 15k miles, lost all air pressure due to this and had to be towed to dealership.

Also, JCT is not installing any APU what so ever. It is WB found it at our shop.

Kamkor, Top off, MachoCyclone and 2 others Thank this.

I got a load coming out of CA and going to OK. it's about time for another oil change and PM. The batteries almost have 200k on them, and my APU is about to hit 4k hours. My maintenance account is about to take a kick in the balls.

Thermo king? I know I was having belt issues just about the entire time. Mostly during winter. Then again my truck had 5 owners so no clue what happened. Could have honestly been a alternator issue...
