I know Trimac's elite fleet pays around 100k a year. I think they require 1 year of experience though.

I'll be happy if I can get to $80k. Right now I'm working for pennies and nickels

Is Saia's pay the same all over the U.S.? or lower wages in certain states?

Jar-head, it differs from state to state but is only about 1 dollar difference. For instance, the Cincinnati region, is one of the highest paid. It covers some of IN, KY and OH. We start at 21.85 and up to 25.12 after 18 months. Some of the other regions, like the southeast, will start out about 20.50 and top out somewhere in mid 24 dollar range. So it just depends on where the specific terminal is located.

Thanks for info. I'm relocating to Arizona by Mar 1. Just applied for the Tucson terminal. Time for some year round warmth! Enough of this Wisconsin bitterness and driving through Chicago daily!
