I see different trucks but its always owned by the same company. And I only see them really when I'm closer to California. Huerta or whatever trucking.
Most likely. @Robbieking83 as long as you get the load there before 2300, you will be fine. Finding a place to park at 2300 going to be a different matter. The WalMart store is only 2 miles away and does allow truck parking (at least last time I was there a few months ago), but fills up quick.
If you happen to drive through or park overnight at the Loves in Quanah, Tx (30miles south of Childress on 287), go talk to Lloyd in Chesters. He makes an awesome breakfast pizza. It's an omelette on a pizza. It's a non menu item but makes it for people that ask for it.
Stopped at the Loves in Clayton, Nm for my 30 and to scan the bills from the previous load. Gave the bills to the cashier to scan and it says out of paper when he tried to scan. So, the guy puts a stack of printer paper on the tray. As entertaining it would have been to see him scan a couple hundred blank pages, I stopped him and said you don't need to do that. Put my papers back on and make sure it is all the forward to hit the sensor. Bout that time, the manager came around the corner and he told him what he did and the manager laughed, the cashier laughed, I laughed, the scanner laughed and we all ran out of their. But, really, it's the guys first day and didn't know about the Transflo yet.
