    I find it amazing how much stupidly causes accidents or just screw up's. not laughing, just wonder how bad it's going to get till we get more rules to save us from ourselves.

    I'm guessing that they feel they can legislate common sense. Unfortunately for some, 99% of safety happens between the ears, and no amount of PPE will ever change that. No matter how many laws, regulations, and policies are enacted, there will always be those who fail to use their head for more than a hat rack and ultimately succumb to the natural selection process.
