No tarp flatbed

    The only reason I carry mine is because every once in a while they save my bacon.

    Can you clarify "my helper bunged down under the tarp" ?
    AFAIK, in my experience, DOT doesn't mess with tarps. Load securement, yes, but tarping is just between shipper & customer. As long as it's not in danger of falling off & becoming a traffic hazard, they shouldn'tessential with the tarps.

    If you've never baked it before, try it. 350° for 15 minutes, or until it's browned.
