Can you clarify "my helper bunged down under the tarp" ?
AFAIK, in my experience, DOT doesn't mess with tarps. Load securement, yes, but tarping is just between shipper & customer. As long as it's not in danger of falling off & becoming a traffic hazard, they shouldn'tessential with the tarps.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
