While in Chrome it doesn't do anything. While in Firefox it opens the Chrome browser. Typically on a link/tab like support, it would just open gmail with their address pre-filled. Other Mercer drivers I talk to are having "cookie" issues, and security issues. I'm also having a issue in matched loads when clicking the number to open it up. It will say 26, when I click on the 26 I'm only seeing a few of them with no pages at the bottom.
Really makes you wonder about the drivers that supposedly tested this doesn't it? Here we are in a few hours and every one of us within minutes is discovering all kinds of usability and design issues, and functions that don't work. But it was tested for six weeks! I can't comment on any of the load matching stuff since I'm not matched, wish I could see what you are talking about. I just hope there are a lot of people that can get those messages through to tech support one way or another.
Ok I found ONE real improvement IMO. It shows the $/pm with practical DH in it. A very nice improvement. Too bad the rest is Doo Doo.
Where are you seeing that? I don't see it when I look at available loads so I'm guessing it is in matched loads?
After reading your guys thoughts on the new web program, the only conclusion i can draw is they are deliberately trying to make it less useful. If it's harder to find and commit to the good loads will we stop being so picky and start taking whatever our coordinator throws at us?
