I'e only ran a few of them, but they always had like a thick wax paper or plastic they covered them with when I hauled it. Still gets your tarps dirty, but not as bad.
No he didn't , he had a conestoga and the bars went thru it and the sleeper. It was at Niagara LaSalle in buffalo,. He didn't build the wooden bulkhead and was depending on the Conestoga bulkhead to do it. I loaded there that day 2 trucks ahead of him, it happened 2 miles from loading point.
That is what I was thinking, but in his post describing it, he said it went through the bulkhead he built and through the door and into the sleeper and stopped a couple of feet from him. I could have sworn though that I remebered it going the way you said.
No he didn't. That was his mistake. He thought the head board on his new Conestoga counted as a bulk head.
They don't mess around there. I won't take that APU to anyone else for anything. That's my 1 stop shop.
I don't know.... When I leased onto Mercer, they wouldn't let me do flat cause I didn't have 6 months experience and they weren't training you during the winter. But switching to flat was the original plan, but vans rates were pretty darn good this summer so I was reluctant to make the jump..... I've got pretty lazy, you guys work hard.
