It was one bad truck, in the 50+ trucks I slipseated into as a casual driver. That is not the company, that was a pos driver who didn’t report it. Schneider did reimburse me for all new bedding, and my clothing bills from a dry cleaner who specialized in bed bugs.
I had 3 team mates in 2 months and we never had a bug in the truck ever... Just Sayin... plastic mats dont get bugs they just dont and there aint a hotel or motel out there that dont know that so if you find a bug anywhere ... leave dont pay just leave and cancel payment on your cc
good but I would have still fumigated just to make me feel better but woe that would send me to so FREAK OUT
Schneider paid a company to “tent fumigate” the truck, and the Dallas OC said to contact them if anything appeared at home. They were mad that I violated HOS to make it back to Dallas, but they didn’t fire me. Bad situation, but Schneider handled it well.
good... but yeah never drive over that 11 .. working over when not on the clock is bad but not 11hr drive rule bad.... but I have done it but only when someone "accidentally" altered my time while I was on the road at my last job which didnt evolve a semi but still I was over my time i suspect
Gary and Indy are not bad OCs, Indy was nicer, little tricky getting in the first time at 2 in the morning
well I just finished my first week in solo training... im getting a automatic and my scores so far are great ... i was suppose to go with a TE this upcoming week (on the road training) but the TE they picked turn down driving with me cuz he wont drive with women... so I will do the qualcom third week this upcoming week and then do the TE thing after that and come back to test and when I pass that test I get my truck im feeling good about this so far... looking forward to it will say it is very hot here in dallas tx, but im getting through it
Dallas OC had a good breakfast in the cafe imo. I always would take the company car loaded with a few northern drivers over to Whataburger for lunch though.
