Wal-Mart weekly pay

Yes we have it. Modified 5 on 5 off. You have to work 2 extra days a month or something.

 

I mean you wont go broke because of the salary you make here unless you live outside your means.

 

I’ve never grossed less than 90k. Been here 5yrs now.

unless your dc has nights. then it's 350-450

 

do they do those at all locations or just certain ones.

 

Nobody mentioned it but we are paid every two weeks. Most folks don't care but a couple of our new guys struggle through the first couple pay checks.

 

Did they ever say why? Even at the orientation pay rate, and taking it slow driving with mentor learning the system they should be making more than the job they came from.

 

[Just guys used to living paycheck to paycheck I guess.

Heard two of them worried about how fast their second check would deposit.

 

If you can't survive without a check for 2 weeks at a time, the problem isnt Walmart.
