    It was one, then it became two when Pnet started, now they want it back to one or less.

    We were told we are going to 160 drivers up from 142 that we usually run at. We are at 160 now so 10 more.

    I never noticed they added the extra week out with a driver trainer. Depending on the trainer, a week is more than enough time to begin with. Hardest part for most is the pnet or electronic logging.

    I was told that it depends on the amount time for the trainee to pick everything up. It could be 3 days or 3 weeks.

    A new hire can stay with a mentor until they are comfortable with everything, generally 1-2 weeks.

    Do a good thorough pretrip, relax on the driving there is no speed requirement.

    Not real sure how these mass indoc classes are going other than Walmart is still working out the kinks on them so patience is probably going to be needed.
