    I don't know.

I took in the movie some time ago in life and never forgot it. A Grossly mismanaged, over spent busted budget one track railroad. It's a difficult film for the millennial to bear but a goodie in it's day.

What does it take to get your own truck to keep from having to slip seat?

Just keep your eye on the truck postings notebook/binder in your DC’s break room. When one pops up, sign up for it every time until you get one.

Seniority and timing. 5/2 full time trucks are a bit harder but 5/2 5/3 trucks are much easier. Just about all of our trucks are shared. As far as slip seating, once you are on a program, you keep that truck for your regular scheduled week.

Even when you are a full time driver someone runs your truck on your days off.

I keep a second mattress on the top bunk.

Not all the time. Just depends on truck availability. We are getting more trucks to refrain from just that.

I find that if you extend into day six, your truck rarely moves on the one and a half days you're off.

Yeah but I don't want to work that much. Plus having weekends off they get short on trucks. If I had Tues-Wed my truck wouldn't move.
