On my Classic on the bottom of my floor(Cab and Sleeper) are two steel channel supports. I have corrosion between the supports and the aluminum floor. Couple holes in the sleeper floor also. Has anyone dealt with this problem? If so how did you handle it? Lookin for input here! The supports run from front to rear. One on each side.

I would first check with the Freightshaker Stealership and see if any of the pieces you need to replace is available separately.

If not, depending on how bad the cancer is, you may need to cut out and treat the cancer, fabricate new channels and weld in new floor panels.

You may be better off trying to locate a rust free Classic Sleeper Cab Shell from a scrapyard and replace the whole Cab.

drill the rivets out and bolt it together with washers or plates on each side
