Accident with a truck hauling porta-potties in a F350 7500lb Delivery/service truck. So I think they are DOT required for hazmat requirements.

Driver doesn’t appear to have CDL and therefore not insured in fleet.

Rear ended at Approx 60mph in a 45mph Didn’t even try to brake not paying attention at all.

should he be CDL? How can I tell of his license is CDL from police report?

Clarify - you were rear ended by the porta potty driver?

I don’t think at that weight they require CDL endorsement.

    Why do you ask?

At minimum he would need a class c with hazmat. Unless they are brand new never used before porta potties.
My best friends wife drives those around.
You can't tell from a average police report. But you should be able to tell from the ticket the driver got.
    Glad your alive thou.
