I would like to hear what you have. How long you have had it. Your rating of it and if you would get the same thing again thanks

As a company driver I have only ran carriers and TK over the past 5 years.

I liked the TK with fuel fired heat supplement better than this current carrier with electric heat. Plus the TK is much quieter. However from a truck owner and mechanic POV, they may feel differently

I bought a Dynasys gen 1 4.5 years ago. It worked pretty well for about 3 years, after that I couldn't keep it running anymore. Can't recommend them.

Tripac Evolution. Came with the truck. I wouldn't buy a truck without one since they cost $10 grand and the truck prices with are without are negligible.

Not very reliable but I love it. My problems were mostly before I replaced my 4 original chassis batteries. The heater (Espar D2) attached to it is amazing. Many people have trouble with them but I haven't.

Reliable or not (and a new one would be for a long time) an APU is a necessary expense if you are OTR.

Thermo king tri pac. Had it 4.5 years. It has over 12,000hrs on it. I definitely recommend it. Keeps batteries charged. I have espar bunk heater as well so I save fuel as much as I can. Keeps inside sleeper warm -15F no problem

What motor did that have? I've got the gen 2 with CAT motor, wouldnt leave home without it. Cools me in the hottest temperature and keeps me warm in the coldest temps.
