    Rewards program?

    Fuel? Repair? Points? Showers?

A Little help may give you the answer you seek.

They are all pretty much the same.

Except, TA/Petro do not allow you to simply swipe your card to use points.
They make you get a coupon from the kiosk for certain amounts to use at the register.
And there is no refund if you go over the purchase price, you lose those points.
You also can not use extra points to pay for a tip at the restaurant. The points only apply to the base bill.

    austinmike and superdutyfan Thank this.

Loves by far, I earn around $600 dollars per year in points from them. I think they discontinued points on shop services though. Last few times I got tires repaired, I never received points.

If your an O/O then you go with what will give you the best for what you want/require. If your a company driver, then you go with what the company pushes. But just my 2 cents... I have found PFJ in more areas around the country than anyone else. Does that make them better, NO... Just more options for me to shut down or take a shower than most. (AND... PFJ is what the company suggests)

Am I wrong? Who knows... But in the end, you need to shut down for the night some where. Most people told me to get ALL of the rewards cards to start. I did just that, and now my Loves and TA have both expired. But I just don't like TA/Petro and Loves (to me) is not a place I like to frequent

In the end, you make your own choice...

My company vacillates between sending me to PFJ, Love's and TA/Petro. So, I have all 3. Can't speak to which one is better. I tend to like TA and Petro showers better. I have long hair, and they give me 2 towels up front, without having to ask for one and they usually have a blow dryer in the shower. I've noticed that it seems they tend to have better laundry facilities also. However, on important stuff, I like PFJ's coffee the best, followed by Love's and then TA/Petro.
I run mostly out West, so in the East, it may be different.

Thank you everyone for the replies, I just thought the points where for food and showers. I am a company driver driving from Alberta to Texas and back. The truck stops up here are garbage to non existent usa has the best for OTR drivers.

Sorry I thought the points were just for showers and food. I'm a company driver so repairs and such will be covered by the company

O/O ... Reward programs are way down the list, if you even think about it at all.
