    The difference between a rookie
    And a expierenced driver.

Rookie: has no idea when he's being lied too.

Old timer: we knew they were lying before they
    Finished lying.

It's all part of learning curve.
They should never get you twice with
    The same lie.

I had a lot of lies and they will continue until they really need drivers....Swift for one word....recruiters will lie to get you in the door then tell you something different once your in....and if you leave...lets just say your DAC report will look like a pile of EDITED on a sunny day.

I've worked with JFI for over 8 years, first as an employee of an owner operator who was signed on with them and then as an employee, I've never had issue with getting home as needed, in fact I get home weekly. As for dispatchers, they're pretty decent, can get a bit pushy sometimes, they all do. In my opinion I've been treated well with them, no problems with equipment repairs as needed, miles are solid and consistent.
