Crst promise me that I will be driving for them otr, I did orientation in mansfield tx, for 2 days, then I was informed that I have to go to Cedar Rapis IA, where I getting my truck, one there I was told that the changed my route, to a family dollar dedicated, they said more money less miles to drive, etc, but I have to unload the truck by hands, 3000 to 4000 boxes, I told them not, I was here for otr job, and they said they dont have nothing for me on that position, only that one or team. No way jose, I told them that I was returning home, and they let me go.
So… now you’re unemployed and show to have been let go by a company who initials stand for Can’t Remember Swifts Training…?
So they're a bad company because they didn't have what you wanted? I am sorry. I fail to see how one can say a company is bad without driving 1 mile for them.
No different than getting hired for a white collar position and then being told all they had available was a janitor position. OP is what we need more of in this industry instead of a bunch of sheep. We rarely disagree so I just ask that you rethink what you posted. OP got the shaft from CRST and rightfully called them a crap company.
Whow, 3000 to 4000 boxes to unload by hand? Sounds like they wanted to hired a dockwork not a truck driver. That's extremely excessive. If they're paying $30/hrs possibly, but if it's a mileage rate and small minimum hourly wage No way!
Good for you driver. Who paid your way home? Better pull your DAC soon too. Make sure they didn't put some BS on it.
