Hey i have a question. Im running low on freon and its getting warm. I have a set of manifold guages. Can the parksmart system be charged with regular r134a manifold gauges?
Don't know parksmart but for different type of refrigerant they use different size of connectors. If you can connect the manifold to APU means you can use r134a.
It runs r134a. Ive tried using a regular manifold set and it didnt work. It only has a charge port and its a high side port. I connected it with the high side it still didnt work.
Trying to get this answer. I know it's an old thread but somebody knows. I only see a high side connection valve. Do you charge this on the high side?
I've got the answer. The unit is sealed. You fill the freon on the high side - no oil! The amount of freon you need is based on the size of the sleeper. A 60" sleeper is 1.75 lbs. There is a label or sticker on the condenser with the amounts based on sleeper size.
I bought a set of manifold gages and can't get the high side port to seat us there a special connector you have to get
It only has the high side connector port I bought a set if manifold gages and the high side connector wont seat there must be a special connector you have to buy
I had a professional do it. He used a machine. In my case it only lasts about 3 weeks. So I either need to replace parts or idle. Something I'm still debating.
