    • C & S Warehouse
    • Cold Storage Facilities
    • 911 Call Centers
    • Airline Baggage Handler
    • UPS Dock worker
    • Longshoreman

    OK so it is like what I have and not a train which by the way they are put on their side often.

    So I would look at your MVR, dac too and if they are clean, then just go ahead and start applying. They may tell the new employer what happened but without any documentation, it is a moot thing to do on their part.

    If your MVR and DAC are clean (should be), apply away and employ an age old strategy. Keep yer yapper shut about it unless asked. Just list them as an employer and the start / finish dates of your employment, and nothing more.

    Did you go to the dmv and check your driving record? Like someone else said lie about the job, don't list it and see if you can bluff your way in. Either that or warehouse work driving a fork lift.
