Rumor has it after the fiscal new year a substantial pay increases for drivers is coming. Anyone else heard this? Doubtful.
Oh, a removal of fees for failing to pretrip your truck. A 2% addition to your reduction of retail purchasing costs with a special prize coupon that is given out quarterly. Maybe a contest for the best flowerpot kept on your dash to morale boost the Walmart Family Workforce as everyone goes about their business.
Could have some truth behind it. I don't know about substantial but they were already talking about spending more to recruit drivers and retain the drivers we have. I'll see if i can find out more.
i wil say this. i do believe something is in the making for the safety program. i believe they are changing the whole step stuff. maybe easing up on some stuff.
