I wonder if this is the same douche nozzle who kicked my friend off a truck for not being able to team right away. He was with the trainer less than three hours. He had to get a cab back to Denver because the jerk wouldn't even drop him at a terminal.

I would love to train anyone willing to learn but I'm currently with a student. Going to sleep withing your first 50 let alone 9 hours is not tolerable to swift's policy. you should have stopped the truck in a safe location and called 1-800-800-2200 and ran through the automated system to driver services and had his sorry but fired. I understand there are and can be special circumstances to every rule but you don't jump in the bunk with a fresh student. I know that's how we used to do it and really I have no idea how anyone ever got any sleep. Texting while driving is against Federal Law and swift policy as well. However I will excuse the road rage. We call it a hostile work environment. Good luck with a new mentor if and when your assigned one I can't take you on at the moment but I will be more then happy to answer any questions you may have just send me a message.

you have to go with a mentor for up to 6 weeks which is a "team" once you test out then you have the option to be solo or team. Some people make friends in the academy and choose to team with them, others prefer to be solo.

    Excuse road rage ? ? ?
No ________( fill in the blank ) way .
Drivers are suppose to be professionals ,and the thought of someone going ballistic while holding the steering wheel of 40 ton missile on the same road as any member of my family is chilling at best .

Do you have to parallel park during your CDL test in every state. And do u really fail? If you go threw Swift's training?
