I’m a healthy, athletic 29 year old, and they still give me hard time because I have two screws in my elbow from a surgery 12 years ago lol. Got a 2-year, but they just seem to want to force anyone out who is not totally perfect.

That's because if they had it their way, there wouldn't be any drivers, period.

I quit the swift after 2.5 years in 1997
first place I walked into asked when I could start
get a good local job and exercise as soon as you park the truck or you wont do it
if I would have stayed in the sleeper I would be 400 pounds on disability
lots less BS in a 300 truck chip hauling fleet
    now I'm 61 with a 2 year medical card
jogging at the airport and the gym nordic track
and lifting weight while riding the nordic track bike on my weekends off

You might want to wait awhile and really get to know some of the members before you start running your mouth.
big blue19 has his own way of expressing himself but his posts are usually accurate and informative. I've never seen him pick a fight here and I've never seen him be needlessly critical of someone with whom he disagrees.
Lighten up a little. Take this place for what it is and enjoy it. Or not.

I'd turn in my CDL before I'd go to work for Swift, JB Hunt, Schneider, Werner, C.R. England, or Dick Simon's Reincanation.
