Ticket question?

So I was on top of the word yesterday! I passed my CDL inspection and driving test. Yes that's great right! But today I got a wreck less driving ticket (12 points) I had a speeding ticket a year ago and nothing for 3 years previously. Will this effect me getting my CDL or if I go get it will it be revocted from me soon after?

 

Tomorrow go hire a good local attorney ....

 

ouch. I imagine you will have a very hard time getting a driving job for the next couple years.

I already have a job. And have been driving with them with my permit. I have been with the company for a few years but just recently started driving with them.

 

No speed on the ticket. It's a engaged in speed contest. Otherwise racing. Yeah I know I'm an idiot. I just want to know how this might work. What if I get it dropped to less points?

Good lawyer will do wonders for a ticket like that or should I say a lawyer that is in good with the judge and states attorney. Had a 45 over ticket dropped to a non-moving violation. Was trying to get by and far away from a drunk driver before he wound up hurting me, was also in a car.

 

Yes, DO NOT apply anywhere until get this resolved. Probably have to go to some classes or something like that. Hope you can afford a good lawyer
