Go Schneider they were great as a starter outfit they have tons of lanes and dedicated opportunities good equipment decent pay
I'm considering going there to work. I recently had an accident and they don't seem to mind that. What's it like to work there? The pay? The amount of miles per week? Regions they run? How well do they keep their equipment up? And how well do they treat their drivers?
I have an accident on my record and I'm trying to find a DECENT company that will hire you with a recent accident.
How much experience do you have driving? It's not bad if you have experience. Pay was decent. When I was there I was getting close to .40 cpm. But they also have dedicated routes that pay one flat rate. Miles was about 2,500 per week, if not in the shop. When I was there they didn't keep their equipment up well. However, since I left they have made a lot of improvements to equipment. A bit of advice, get on a dedicated route. Be dependable and you can make good money there.
