Some parts of the fleet are mixed having some stuff from GSTC. There are also some terminals I haven't even dealt with like Milton, PA, so I don't know what kind of equipment they have.

I'm out of the main terminal in Marinette, WI and most equipment looks good to me and they're trying to take care of the older trailers. I'm a new driver with some experience and they put me in a 2015 Cascadia.

They are cheap about some things like the Chicago tolls and usually want us to take 41. It sucks because so many things from Marinette or Green Bay go through Chicago or deliver in Chicago like the West Suburbs.

It wasn't a Russian company... Gordon Sevig was the owner, he retired some years back and I guess the kids ran it into the ground,,, then it got sold behind his back while he was trying to save it.

Keep thinking your company is so great. When a company starts taking ezpass away 99.9% of them fold in a year or two. That means that they can't make bank. Besides why are there so many empty tractors sitting either at your home terminal or your drop lots? Makes ya wonder But then again your micro management has it all figured out. Smile for your camera while your driving

    Lol

Veriha is okay and useful for me needing a refresher and recent experience to get something better. I won't call them great, but they're not horrible. I've tried companies far worse than this outfit.

It might be possible to find good niche jobs here like the Marinette/Menominee yard switcher, but I think many OTR guys put on their time for experience and move on.

Or the can them cause they reach the pay cap. Or just maybe they might have a kid with piercings and long hair that has had only a years seat time be your terminal manager and safety coordinator. Yea and not to mention the rusty wheeled fleet I give em about another year and their baby factory they call a school closes.

I seen some of their old columbias... ratty old trucks and their trailers are even worse. If you do wind up with I was supposed to be OTR but they kept trying to bait & switch me into doing northeast regional...,basically no loads over 500 miles, and the fuel routing was a pain. The biggest thing they hauled was scrap cardboard, and insisted when going to get an empty trailer the assign one to you..guaranteed that trailer won't be there or it will be in need of repair. And their 3rd party maintenance/repair service is a joke. Basically a typical Wisconsin based micromanaging training company...beware if your company gets sold to veriha... they will flush out all of the people and good freight and then take what's left of the equipment and facilities when they are done gutting whoever they take over. thankfully I was fortunate enough to get out of Veriha and switch over to my present company.
