Which are the good companies that let the family ride,

Pay over 1 grand take home guaranteed per week,

    NO reefer

Stay out of the annoying big cities: Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, etc.

    No northeast

    APUs

    Powerful inverters

    No chains

A man can dream, can't he?

That company went out of business as their drivers were attacked by cheerleaders and were too tired to drive.

When I see a guaranteed weekly amount I feel they are telling me that it's about what I am making regardless of the runs.

I dont do gauantees. It implies a few gotchas and you wonder where or why you aint got that money on friday.

If you want to retain me pay me a flat 1500 a week gross (Flat salary) and net me above 1000 cash regardless of the work demands. Anywhere anytime.

IF the truck should produce more than 1500 gross, pay me the difference as well. Throw that in there.

Some guarantees are a floor, not a ceiling.

None of their drivers wanted to load or unload anywhere either. They just wanted to drive around and do absolutely nothing. :biggrin_25523:

K&B is reefer and a dirt bag company, you'll run 3500 miles a week just to make 1250$ .
