Wipers quit working in low and delayed. They only work in the fast mode. Is it a wiper motor problem or maybe just a wire?

Probably the wiper switch itself. Especially if its in with the turn signal lever.

had that problem years ago and it was the motor itself, you can check the output of the switch if good it is your motor.

Pulled the panel of the dash off and could feel the switch pulsing when moving through the delay settings and to low and high. Only high works. Guessing its the motor
