    I just got home from my run. I Signed up to run tonight but they only have me planned on two trailers for Tuesday night so I guess I’ll go fishing later today.

    No I didn’t... although I’m toying with the idea of calling central right now to see if I could run in this glorious weather we will be having today.

    I am running tonight, I really didn't want to but my meet driver had a great selling point, we are going to get holiday and run pay so why not, we didn't have anything planned and never left town plus I just came off vacation two weeks ago, so I figured the hell with it, he wanted to run so I agreed to it.

    In addition to that, whatever Labor weekend there was, was promptly ruined Saturday morning anyways, was forced to layover two hours away from home because it was decided that I really needed to deal with some TBUs that were on both my trailers, after unloading those my clock was wasted, not enough time to get home and 16 rule was out of the question, already used it for a breakdown earlier in the week.

    Ugh sorry to hear that. Where the yard goober to pop up and say “that’s truck in’!”

    I decided not to run tonight. I’m three sheets to the wind with a large platter of various cuts of beef and antipasto. Be safe out there.

    What kind of schedule do said road drivers start on? Do you get 8 hours off before reporting back to work after your shift
