    Just want to spread the word to be aware of company Best Car Sales Co from NY on Central Dispatch and National One Car Leasing & Sales from FL.This is the same company .Moshe Baruch and David Cohen
    Ph.# 917-200-7484. Unfortunately non payment for COD load to Manheim.Can't report negative rating on Central b/c it's a cash load even if no payment was issued.Any suggestions how to bring them down?

    Vehicle dropped of at Manheim so no one physically there, per agreement he should pay via Cash App.Texted back and forth, he asked to wait couple minutes..etc.,end up being blocked and no response at all.On the top he posted negative on me for 'shipment different than expected'.I know it's silly, lesson learned.

    Well..was asked to show proof of delivery which is a sticker on the windshield.After that you can't take vehicle back anyways.
