I've accomplished Phase IV-

Deposit of windfall profits ($45.75).

The OM will be REALLY pleased.

 

Phase V we've hit the wall of stupidity.

Getting the address updated to get the title for Blackie II sent to Casa Del OM

We've done all we can do, and are waiting for confirmation from someone that holds a degree in higher learning.

Moving on to Phase VI.

 

Tomorrow is my last day with a trainer in the cryo truck.

I told the boss that I have the basics down. I have the procedures book.
The customer directions are on each bol. If you need me on the road covering a shift, we may as well turn me loose on my own.

The trainer and boss both concur with my assessment.

So one more 13+ hour training day, then 2 days off, and back on it solo on Saturday night.

This is the first day since August 8th that I've been home BEFORE 6pm.

So I'm having a soak in the tub......

I have completed Phase VI ( Resupply of dairy products ) and returned to Casa Del OM.

The OM is pleased.

 

Deliverance - Ned Beaty had the hardest part.

 

Now The OM wants a D-11.

I have reduced the 5 pound salmon filet into 6 OM size portions. One in the skillet.
