    yeah I’m not doing all that either,
    Last time I checked blood pressure back to 110/70 with no meds, of course for a bit when stressed after dad passed they’d have been trying to get me to take meds cause it bounced to like 195/90-100. I’m like, yeah, lot going on this year.
    Now they try to cover their ‘practice of medicine’ by saying ‘we’ve not seen anyone get that under control without meds or losing weight!’

    I say they’re full of it.
