    Extremely new NEWBIE. Pre hires from WERNER, US EXPRESS, PASCHAL (PTL), SWIFT , USA TRUCKING...... All help is greatly appreciated..

    none of the above! if you want a mega carrier go with Creete or Schieder, Try GTI, there is a whole slue of companies out there that are better then what you named.

    I agree with Clamhammer only I would scratch GTI and Schneider off the list.

    In this day of employment I would look for companies outside the Mega-crap-trucking company circle. In less there is some reason no one else will hire you, stay away from the Mega-crap.

    Yup - met a guy this week running for a small flatbed outfit - nice trucks, on percentage - happy chap.

    Don'y have to follow the herd, or the tidal wave of BS advertising these places put out.

    Out of that group, I'd go with Swift. Their new driver program is pretty strong. You'll hear a lot of negative comments here, mostly from drivers who never worked for Swift.
