    They can watch you anytime they want to. If something triggers it, like a hard brake, it will sent that video to a 3rd party to review or get directly sent to your company.

    I wonder if you have some horrific accident with others involved and your company has video that you were at fault does it get turned over to the police, DA, or wronged parties lawyers?o_O

    So the company hires you, they company pay a company to insure/you them. Just how does proof that the driver screwed up help the company and/or the insurance company?
