Looks like Flying J is experimenting with timers at the fuel islands now -- hopefully this shames people into hurrying up.

PS -- Does anyone know why the Bakersfield Flying J closed yesterday?

Most of the worthless POS that park on the fuel island probably can't be shamed into hurrying up.
What would be nice, is that after 10 or 15 minutes a boot came up and booted the truck.

Well as we all know PFJ's have been putting those sensors in front of parking spot with the orange round shaped epoxy coating over to mark and protect it. I did see them in front of the fuel islands too but couldn't figure out why, now I know.

Here is a classic example of a driver parking in the fuel island and walking in. Wasn't fueling, didn't have anyone in front to keep him there, could have easily pulled ahead SMH\\

The technology exists where the fuel desk could be alerted when a pump is occupied for an amount of time but the pump is not activated or has timed out.

Why they choose not to put this in and implement it is anybody's guess.

lol The Pilot cashiers in Lost Hils CA will spend more time on the intercom warning drivers to move off the fuel islands under threat of towing rather than service the 22 people standing in line half of which are the guilty ones parked right outside in the fuel islands

So glad I don't have to fuel in those ####holes anymore. I chose to park at one last night and was rewarded by being blocked in by a Roehl driver.

Scottie, please do a modicum of editing. I'm like those lazy pump blockers, I hate using my mouse. I wish I could use telepathy to work my computer from the prone position.

Oh, more videos of you eating would be great too, maybe drinking that much touted coffee.

Question::: what about the so called drivers that pull ahead after fueling then proceed to go into the overpriced dumps that call themselves truckstops and spend in upwards of 30 plus minutes in there. It's NOT just the POS's at the pumps it's the lazy incompetent stanky drivers that can't waddle from a short distance away to finish up

Stop. Stop. Just stop it. You can't tell a steering wheel holder to pull away from the fuel island so you can sell fuel to the next truck. You might hurt his feelings. It is no longer acceptable to hurt someone's feelings for any reason what so ever.
