Last walmart load I hauled it took them 6 hours to unload a truckload of toilet paper and when I went inside to check-in the lady at the window got mad at me for walking up to the window lol... She's like I will motion for you to come up, you don't just come up to my window without my permission...

Given the volume which Walmart buys I’m gonna say...no.

Pretty sure they know what they’re doing.

Two hours isn’t bad. Especially considering things like produce shippers and grocery warehouses that are not Walmart.

I've experienced the same treatment from them and I am not rude, dirty, or disrespectful.

It was an honest mistake. Stupid, but honest.
It was when Red Bluff DC had just opened and I've never seen so much confusion and so many people who hadn't figured out how to do their job in my life.
Our empty trailer was parked there so the driver could have time off at a motel in town and then load and head for a store near home. WM loaded the trailer and sent it out on another carrier. The other carrier then sent it someplace else. We got the trailer back by dealing with the other carrier...we had given up on WM by that point.
We got the trailer back in good shape and the other carrier even offered some bucks for the use but since we'd dealt with them before on sub-hauls and such we just got our trailer and took it home.
LOL...I did make the other carrier's boss buy me lunch the next time I saw him though.
The next year, when we got rid of all our vans and refers, they bought that same trailer from us.

Yeah there’s two ways you see attitude like that that I’ve observed.

    A noob whose totally overwhelmed

A old timer who feels safe in their job and doesn’t care anymore

There’s tons of dispatchers exactly the same way.

Or whatever this company calls dispatchers...I keep forgetting...

    It’s like friggin NASA sometimes...

Yeah, I've been looking for a new fancy title. Maybe "Freight Logistics Engineer" or maybe "Commodity Transportation Specialist".
