Well seeing how you didn't mention any division of XPO it wasn't a leap, perhaps you could be clearer next time.
And that is where you are are grossly mistaken. Those guys hauling cans are making a heck of a lot more than some bad carrier lease purchase scam.
All I get from this was the OP was on par with making what a company driver can make. Except company drivers get paid vacation, and benifits? This is why people should not lease, or lease purchase. And than there is the tax man coming after your wallet for lease operator.
Funny, I've hauled out of Seagirt for a few different carriers for about 18 months and I personally know many OO still running out of there and all of us would disagree with you. It's all glorified company driver wages.
I was sure there was some kind of conspiracy going on when I posted that. I just wasn't paying attention.
I have a short attention span usually as well. First and last page is how I go through life most days.
The problem is he doesn't have a clue what he is talking about. He thinks the xpo guys he sees with a can behind them work under a far lower pay scale. Pulling a can at xpo is no different than pulling a can at ups or any other ltl company. Some will go across town on a high hourly rate and sone will go 500 miles away at a high mileage rate. Both pay excellent compared to what these typical otr training companies like prime and cr england pay.
