I figured you weren't here to be helpful or constructive. You just proved me right you're here to post meme's, insults, and belittle anyone who disagrees with you. Regardless of whether you think his income is acceptable he seems happy with it and the only thing that is accomplished by posts like your's above is you proving that you're a dick.
LOL! That's all you got, son? I've been referred to as way worse than that over the years. It's all good. You have to admit, that meme is funny as hell though.
XPO in Harrisburg pays $0.72/mile for local drivers, home every night. At least that's what they're advertising.
Yeah, I'm not sure why some of these fellows react so defensively. It's an open forum and when you post something like the OP did, it's bound to be scrutinized. Sometimes by guys who have a lot more experience, who when offering an expanded perspective based on experience, are not necessarily criticizing or belittling, but are trying to help. When someone like the OP or his sidekick blow it off with nonsensical reactions and retorts based on emotions and not logic, it really makes you wonder.
Not only that, I provided an explanation why $0.75 a mile after expenses, before wages & benefits, is essentially nothing more than what a decent wage is these days for a company driver. To assume all liability for $0.75 in 1099 wages is simply nuts.
