Anyone know anything about "Time Company Hydraulic Systems" 132 South 1400 West Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. It is the manual hydraulic pump for the cab and I completely cleaned it and put on new stainless screws and bolt on. but need a O-Ring for it. No part numbers or anything on it, just the company name.

No but if you have it out you should be able to match it up at a hydraulic shop. We quite messing with them years ago and just bought new or rebuilt ones. Don't know if you can find one for an Astro anymore but one for an IHC would work.

Where is it leaking.

You will need to find a air powered pump off a KW or Pete. so you just push the button to help jack your cab up to show off your motor?
BoxCarKidd Thanks this. -

Yes the air jacks are great. You can use either hand pump or air pump. Trash trucks have them. Want to say victors hyd sells all types.

It was just leaking where the old O-Ring was and not holding in the pressure. I'll go to Harbor Freight and see what they have in a box set of O-Rings. Other then that the cab was making noise when it was about to lift before the fluid came out at the top O-Ring.

Hey brother check out Ohiohydraulics.com. Division of power packer. Gives you the complete break down for cab lifting hydraulic system. I rebuilt mine on my 362 in on a few hours. Most time was spent cleaning the parts. Most oring are thin ones. Local part store should carry. Ounce you get pump rebuilt. Vent lifts cyclinders down then vent up. Then refill tank.

Then jack cab up until off pads. Then select natural. Check for leaks. You will hear some noise as the cab lifts. Watch for gear shift and cab separation. Not sure how yours is. Thinking the gear shift is mounted on a bracket.

Well got the pump on the truck today and used a temporary O-Ring I got from a truck sales store. The cab started to jack up and got about a 1-1/2 and heard a line break and the cab came down slow. So the pump is working fine, even lets off when release on tilt "Will replace with a good O-Ring meant for pumps later" But are going to replace the 33 year old hydraulic lines since they are very old and better to just replace them all. Shouldn't be hard to replace them as their out in the open inside the frame.
