At those prices, all you getting is bottom of barrel crap. I seen a 2003 Volvo that was being offered at $7K. That girl was squirting diesel behind the block, as she sat still idling. All you saw was big wet spot 12 inches wide after 5 mins of her warming up. God knows how she left a trail while running down the highway. Seller claimed it was only "$600 fix at the dealer"... I could not take it any more, so I asked: "why dont you get it fixed then?" His answer was the final nail in that coffin. He said "I cant spend any more money on this truck"... I would rather have a 1998 fully documented ONE OWNER D12 than a dogged out N14 with no documentation, and 8 owners
I’m just looking around. And my $9000 dollar freightliner has gave me less problems than my $30,000 W900.
