2023 579 with the X15 Cummins Clean idle decals question

My 5th wheel slide switch doesn’t work; it sends no air to the actuator. We’re not sure if the switch on the dash ever worked. Haha. I have an air gun for my tire inflation hose I can use to put air to the actuator, then, just push/pull the 5th wheel to where I need it. PACCAR!

 

California will write you at ticket for idling.... seen em do it at the TA in Fontana....

 

Just grab a couple of these and you're good to go...

 

My 2023 Peterbilt 389 doesn’t have one either but my 2021 389 did. Didn’t even notice it until reading your post.. I’m going to ask my salesman tomorrow about it..

Wondering if maybe the stickers aren’t required now..perhaps redundant.

So the $45k more I paid for the 2023 wasn’t enough to cover the cost of a lousy sticker..

 

And could potentially cause grief for an unknowing driver.
