Thought I made this perfectly clear. If I didn't, I apologize. JR Schugel DID NOT pay out any damages, DID NOT contact the other driver OR COMPANY. NO claim was made with JR. Therefore, it's a he said/she said incident. being a former law enforcement officer. How can I be dinged for something that technically wasn't proven?????? Due dilligance, has anyone ever heard of it? My fault for being honest and doing what I thought was the right thing (way I was raised.) Second was a inner liner of a reefer door that I tore off at a dock. Very small piece. Really, that has to go on my report. Shouldn't have said squat about that either I guess? Third was a short turn when I was bobtail and rears went off road causing the onboard computer to 'flag' it. That was the three. IM NOT HIDING SQUAT FROM YOU GUYS AND THERE ISN'T 'MORE TO THE STORY.'
As for the snowflake comment. Way to judge me without even knowing me.

Moose. I DEFINITELY get your point and that is what's probably holding me up.

Bar/nunn just denied me to. Reason: my commercial accident/improper lane change from 2016 is considered a "key" no no. I'll keep trying. Thnx for all the positive and good info to the ones who provided it.

My comment was general in nature and was in no way directed at you personally. Get some thicker skin.

Did you look on Craigslist? I know running for a 1099 outfit isn't ideal but it beats teaming at Carolina Cargo for 20cpm split.

I need you to understand with me it is not personal. I will get in the face of my best friend in the world if his or her driving or lifestyle habits will at some point cause problems. I want NOTHING but for you to be successful and make plenty of money and take care of yourself and your family. I just want you to LOOK INWARD and Identify these things that are causing those problems and rid yourself of them. Hopefully you will get another driving job. You might have to haul dog excrement out of Omaha for a while, but while you are doing it watch yourself. If you are talking on a cell phone a lot STOP. Pay attention to your driving. After a year or two your driving options might expand. However you have got to remember this. Because if you keep on getting preventables and having cases made against you not only are you going to lose your job you might very well lose your CDL AND even your basic license.

Let me get this straight. In 2 years you have wrecked/collided with/damaged (choose your adjective) more vehicles and/or stationary objects than I have in nearly 40 years of operating any type of vehicle, car, pick up truck, CMV, motorcycle, snowmobile, boat, etc., COMBINED, and you think you should continue driving a semi on public roads? I strongly suggest you find a different line of work, preferably one that does not include operating machinery, or power tools.

Look into some small crappy companies in your area....the big companies won't touch you with all of that...and don't be in such a hurry when driving or backing that's the cause of lot of new inexperienced driving accidents.

Like Ridgeline said, the 7 points on your psp score won't affect your getting hired, in fact that score is pretty low considering a tire violation can get you over 20 points. I digress, the issue is companies using DAC reports see all these incidents, and those moving violations that show up on your MVR. The NCIC database holds these citations for three years for moving violations and five years for a DUI. Then the insurance company makes a risk assessment and gives the yay or nay. This is why companies ask for the last three years citations and five years for wrecks. Look for a small outfit, some of them just want a valid CDL.

Try closer to 5. "Knocking a mirror off" means you rip the bolts out of the cab and door. That requires major work to get right.
