Thanx Brian... no biggie... you know they'll make any loophole they can to not have to payout... just as most any company would...
'tis the way today... Thursday I'll post my pay for last week... I did work 6 days... but should gross somewhere around $1500.... of course though we should take a seat and get some learnin' from White Dog... He's about to tell us how well he's doing... because he works for that special company that has no problems... and pays the big bucks.... oh speakin' of big bucks... I did find something better... JB for me is a steppin' stone... I'll update once it comes to fruition... A friend of mine that I lost communication with showed me his check and as of last week he had already made $69,000 this year.... home everyday... doing groceries... and there's still 10 more weeks in the year... I interviewed this past Wed....

Hey Dog... What happened to that 'mean' bad ##### signature of yours... you lose it in some cornfield...? Go shuck a couple of bushels... I hear it's therapeutic.... especially when you're sittin' in a truckstop wishin' you had a real job.... haha...

I don't know that I'd call them 'excellent' ... probably far from that... but their DCS division is becoming like the 'walmart' of the trucking industry... I'm not in favor of any company with so much market share so to speak.... but I'm lucky and smart enough to make it work for me for the moment...

Never seems to do any good. Why bother?

p.s.- I would rather make $1.25 an hour in the Midwest, than $125,000 a year in the Northeast.....but that's just me. Mmmmmmm corn!

Dog... I respect you for saying that... I have never been to the midwest... but my observations through many different kinds of media... left me believing that it was a hard working, generally 'good old boy', friendly, hospitable, easy paced place with warm friendly people, who believe that... "If that works for you... you have that right... I am somewhat conservative... but believe in freedom of choice... and you can have yours.. but I'll choose mine first anyday... because I think it's the greatest..." Is my impression close...?
I know that you have a sizable Amish type community... and another group that I only knew as "swissers"... only because of a dairy I worked for back in the 80's... and kids would come from Iowa in the summer and work here... I'll never forget this one big kid... a bruiser of a farmboy who told me that one of their crops was 'pickles'.... I explained to him you didn't grow pickles... maybe you grew pickling cucumbers... but 'pickling' was a process... we went round and round... great kid.... I was about 26yo at the time.. he was like 16-17yo... seems like a lifetime ago... yet I can see him like it was yesterday... See... he made an impression on me...
I choose my music for a number of reasons... I grew up playing the accordian... I love all kinds of music because it was what I was exposed to... I understand how music works from a mood setting standpoint... for me when I get into heavy traffic... crazy driver situations... I put on music that 'soothes the savage soul'... keeps me from running over an idiot.... BTW... I have driven in a number of different parts of the country... and I would no doubt rather drive in parts other than NYC, MA, CT... but I would not trade the " if you can do it here... you can do it anywhere" experience... I have 19 years of craziness with no tickets.. no accidents... no dot violations...
I am using JB right now to satisfy my needs... with them I can move somewhere else and have a guaranteed job... become established in a new locale and move forward from there...

You started out here by being judgmental... If you are a born and bred country boy... That should not be in your nature...
But sparing is something I am pretty adept at... just make sure you understand your opponent before you throw the first blow...

Wow all that from a truck driver? Had to read your post like twice. How's things up in bean town? Newburgh just back 17 stores from Bethlehem so were a little busy. some good runs out to Hampton bays and riverhead too. Red says hi.

Wow what a surprise... "I was born and raised poor".... "there are those of us"... who's us...? Do you speak for your church choir...? mmm that's funny now that I think about it... "and I'm still poor"... wow that's a surprise too... "White Dog has not made any friends yet"... go figure... it's all on your id page... I didn't ask for your commentary... and I have a sneakin' suspicion I'll never hear from you again... readem and weep... that's all you can do now... as I rightly told you in the first place... go lay down in the corner and savor that lickin'... because that's all I will allow you to do henceforth... bye, bye dogboy... and get yourself some listerene... your breath smells like.... you know... so does your mama.
